The Architectural Committee
Our communities Architectural Committee (ARC) is comprised of five interested neighbors who volunteer their time to serve and are appointed by the Board of Directors.
This committee is charged with the responsibility of evaluating the condition of any proposed improvements, additions, or alterations to the property and landscaping of Association members. This duty is in furtherance of the preservation of aesthetic appeal, property values, and quality of our community overall, consistent with the Convenants Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's) of the Association.
Exterior House Paint Color Standards
If you are wanting to change a current paint color and you do not know exactly how to do so without running into problems, the asssociation has made it easier than ever for you to do just that. The following is a method that you can utilize to help you change a current exterior color to the one you want.
To the right are a few examples as to the paint colors that you are able to apply for. There are more than 50 color schemes and colors that you are able to choose. From stucco to garage trim and door options, you have many choices to choose from. Click the link below the paint pallet examples from the right to see the full list of approved colors that you can use.

Once you have found the color you want, click on the Order button to order your color chips from the Dunn Edwards website which can be attached to your Architectural Application which is located at the top of the page. Additionally, Dunn Edwards offers visual tools to see your color choice along with offering HOA members a 25% discount!
The final step is to submit the completed form called Architectural Application. Once submitted, wait for approval from the association and then you can get started on painting.
